Does OLIFE follow Direct selling rules 2021?
OLIFE is fully aware and adhering the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 published by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution in Official Gazette dated 28th December 2021 including any amendments, modifications or enactment of new legislation by Government of India. OLIFE has prepared and incorporated all the guidelines, rules and requirements mentioned in the said Direct Selling Rules.
OLIFE provides Job Opportunities?
OLIFE only provide business opportunities as we are a direct sales company. We do not encourage anyone to Misinterpret/Misrepresent it as a job. opportunity. Can you quit OLIFE ?
You are never obligated to stay with OLIFE after you join. You can leave whenever you'd like to. Our business isn't for everyone and that's perfectly fine. There are many reasons why people decide to do something else with their time.
Does OLIFE allows Refund/Return?
Yes, OLIFE has Refund and Return Policy in place. According to the Policy, it allows all the distributors to place a refund request subject to the return window of the products mentioned on the product page. We process the refund to the source account and recommend you to make payment through your own account only. At times our business model is often misunderstood as our products are not found in stores which can sometimes lead to false assumptions about us. We are committed to working hard to ensure that everyone connected with OLIFE has a positive experience and aim towards an ethical business
What action does OLIFE take against unethical activity by any distributor?
OLIFE investigates the case end to end in case of any unethical activity, we straight forward disable the FCID of the distributor irrespective of the distributors rank after the completion of internal enquiry against the Distributer and considering all aspects in this regard.
Do people in OLIFE focus more on recruiting than selling products?
Selling products is the most important part of the OLIFE business, not recruiting. Distributors cannot make money unless products are sold. A Distributor could recruit a million people, if none of them generate product sales, nobody would make any money. Distributors as well as the people on their sales teams need to be selling products in order to earn an income. By the way, OLIFE business is free of cost and there are no fees on any account if you choose to do business with OLIFE.
What are the internal compliances of OLIFE ?
OLIFE has its Internal Compliance Team which ensures the proper and effective corporate governance. It also ensures the OLIFE is in compliance with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws. The Compliance Team moves the OLIFE from reactive to proactive in detecting and preventing wrongdoing. Following are the internal compliances with regard to Independent Seller Partners/Distributers: 1. Video Verification: To ensure and confirm the KYC details along with full understanding of business model of the OLIFE. It is also to ensure that distributer shall be aware that OLIFE is not providing any job opportunity to them. 2. Grievance Redressal Team: It investigates the problem or issues raised by any Independent Direct Seller/Distributer and provides impartial resolution. Grievance Redressal Team is available on all working days from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM. 3. Online Compliance Team: It tracks the unethical activity against the Company by any insider or outsider i.e. Fake job posting in the name of the OLIFE, fake articles or negative video posting against OLIFE. It helps to remove these post, articles or video from cyber space.
Is OLIFE a Pyramid Scheme?
No, OLIFE is not a pyramid scheme, as OLIFE follows the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. In fact, pyramid scheme is not legal in India. Unfortunately, due to the lack of understanding and misperceptions, especially on social media, direct selling businesses are incorrectly labelled.

Does OLIFE take any training fees / registration fees?
OLIFE sign-up is completely free and there are no charges for any training or registration in OLIFE, In fact OLIFE takes action against the distributor if found involved in asking for money on behalf of OLIFE.
